Correct use of creatine is divided into two basic phases, which are the saturation phase and the maintenance phase. According to scientific research, the saturation phase of creatine is not essential for muscle development.

1. SATURANT PHASE

The actual saturation phase of creatine is very important for quality muscle development and rapid increase in strength. Ideally, the saturation phase of the creatine phase ranges from 5 to 7 days. During these days, creatine is recommended at the recommended amounts of 20g to 30g daily in regular amounts. The ideal recommended single amount is 5 g of creatine (1 teaspoonful).
