Each of us trains and has some idea of what he wants to do. It is an individual, for someone it is a vision of a beautiful body, for others the joy of movement can be the motivation. Therefore, we should first determine what our goal is, to know what motivation we must focus on.
What is that motivation? Motivation is derived from the Latin word movere, meaning moving. It is the most important engine of all of us. It is the power that moves us in the right direction and therefore we can talk about it as one of the most important factors during and outside the training sessions.
Certainly, as the first type of motivation, most of us will introduce a coach encouraging or screaming at his visitor to motivate him to perform better. That's the way. Well, we do not have to worry about each of us. Some people prefer if the motivation is external, which means that they motivate the surroundings, the people or the season they practice. In the winter we are preparing for the summer and during the summer we try to keep our form. Factors may be disrespectful.
The opposite of the outside is the inner motivation that prefers inner feelings, desires, our goal or plan. It can also come from an organism like hunger, thirst, hormone levels that motivate us.
Everyone has a different motivation, whether we are aware of it or we are only taught it. For example, we should go to practice because it requires society. We also have to be aware that motivation can be undesirable in the form of fear, pain or anxiety. This is what we want to avoid. Sports should be fun, relax with an extra positive result in the form of a dream figure and not the stress we have in our world today. Let us therefore encourage better results and better lives.
